Staying Active

There are many ways to stay active! Staying active doesn’t mean you need a gym membership, or an hour of your time to work with! You can be active in everyday activity! Take at least between 15-30 minutes per day. The pictures above should give you an idea of what you can do to stay moving! As long as you move with a purpose, and move intentionally “like you mean it“, you will be working different muscle groups in your body, making them stronger! You also will be helping blood circulation throughout your body flow properly and your digestive system, “your gut” will also thank you! Have fun, listen to your body, get moving, and be safe! The point is to stay active and healthy to achieve a healthier lifestyle!
